The 4 Steps to get Biodiesel Oil

 As the raw materials have different sources and different quality. In order to get biodiesel oil in high quality,we need 4 steps.

1.The pre-processing. Simply speaking,The Pre-processing  is to remove impurities and water,which plays an important role in the next esterification reaction.

2. Esterification reaction. It needs stainless steel or enamel material 316L and suitable amount catalysts used to react with the raw oil. Serveral hours later,we will get the weina qualified raw biodiesel oil.

Note,The proportionality factor of catalysts & the Temperature & Time play  important roles in this step.

3.Distillation. Under the heat, humidity, pressure in the Distillation Tank,the raw biodiesel oil will turn into qualified biodiesel oil,whose color and the brightness will be both in the national qualification. What's more,the biodiesel oil need not flitered once more.

4.Rectification Column--The automatic recovery system of methanol. During the Esterification reaction, there are some residual catalysts, which the system will make them recovery. Exactly speaking, the standard will get the level 95%--the national standard.
